- spaghetti noodles250 g
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ready-made tomato sauce2 can(s)
- Bring the spaghetti water to a boil and in the meantime remove the Tuscan stuffing, in a hot deep frying pan put the olive oil and the Tuscan sausage stuffing, let it fry well. Pour the chopped onion and fry, finally the garlic and add the tomato sauce and let it cook quickly. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti with salt for a couple of minutes less than the manufacturer says. In the ragu, add the cooked spaghetti and about two ladles of the water that cooked the same, to finish the cooking.
