spaghetti noodles500 g
Steamed Broccoli to taste
Fried bacon in cubes to taste
Mozzarella cheese200 g
Cream cheese1 unit(s)
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Milk240 ml
Maizena1 tablespoon
Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Seasonings to taste
Sour cream1 can(s)

Mix the milk with the cornstarch and set aside
In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta as usual.
Take a pan to the fire and put the butter, let it melt and add the milk and cornstarch mixture.
Stir until firm and creamy.
Add the mozzarella, cottage cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
Finally add the cream
Hit the salt and seasonings
Place the noodles in a bowl or baking dish.
On top put the broccoli and then the fried bacon in cubes
