- Frozen squid240 g
- Finely chopped garlic cloves15 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato pack1 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese to taste0 to taste
- Boil water in a pan, add a pinch of salt, add the spaghetti and cook for 7 minutes. Drain the spaghetti well and place in a bowl, add a little oil.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the squid, cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. When they shrink, add the chopped garlic, stir quickly and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and let all the ingredients cook together for 5 minutes. Add the white wine and 1 cup of the spaghetti water and let all the ingredients boil for 4 minutes.
- Add the pasta over the squid and cherry tomatoes, mix all the ingredients, cook for 5 minutes and finally add the basil leaves.
- Turn off the heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
