- Spaghetti without eggs200 g
- Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
- Vegetable milk400 ml
- Spinach150 g
- Minced garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast (optional)1 tablespoon
- First, let's blanch the spinach. (I used about ½ a pack for this recipe.) In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- When it boils, add the spinach, leave for two minutes and remove. Run through cold water. Then chop and reserve.
- Take advantage of the boiling water to cook the pasta, follow the time on the package and set aside for the sauce.
- In a pan, put the minced garlic, olive oil and let it gold. Then the wheat flour and stir until golden. Add vegetable milk,
- salt, nutmeg and nutritional yeast and stir until thickened and with the texture of white sauce. Add the spinach and incorporate everything.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta and add the sauce. Serve in the wake 💚🌱
