SPAGHETTI WITH SHRIMP AND LEMON SAUCE

Cozinhe o macarrão, deixe al dente e reserve. Coloque em uma panela 1 colher de manteiga e o azeite, sele os camarões já temperados com o suco do limão, sal e pimenta do reino e reserve. Na mesma panela acrescente a outra colher de manteiga e refogue a cebola. Após a cebola refogada, acrescente o creme de leite e o cream cheese, deixe em fogo baixo e vá mexendo até dar uma engrossada. Assim que o molho estiver cremoso, acrescente as raspas do limão e os camarões que foram selados previamente. Acerte o sal e pimenta ao seu gosto e coloque o espaguete já cozido e misture tudo. 

Cook the pasta, let it al dente and set aside. Place 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil in a pan, sear the shrimp already seasoned with lemon juice, salt and black pepper and set aside. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the onion. After the onion is sautéed, add the cream and cream cheese, leave it on low heat and stir until it thickens. Once the sauce is creamy, add the lemon zest and shrimp that were previously sealed. Adjust the salt and pepper to your taste and add the already cooked spaghetti and mix everything together.
