Spaghetti with prawns and roasted vegetables and garlic

- fresh tomato pulp or 1 can of peeled, beaten tomato250 ml
- bunch of chives1 unit(s)
- spaghetti300 g
- pink shrimp300 g
- Cut the carrots into medium cubes (1 cm) and the cap of the garlic heads. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put everyone in it, season with salt and pepper and put it in the oven. Bake until the vegetables are al dente (soft but firm).
- In a frying pan, toast the asparagus cut in half lengthwise and set aside. In the same pan, grill the shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper for about 2 minutes on each side. Reserve.
- After roasting, squeeze the roasted garlic heads in a frying pan and add the tomato. Let it cook until you get a thick sauce and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water according to the manufacturer's instructions. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
- Add the pasta with the tomato sauce and prawns. Add a little of the cooking water to make it creamy. Season with chives.
- Assemble the dish with the pasta with the prawns and the roasted vegetables. Serve it hot.
