Grated Calabrian sausage100 g
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Tomato extract3 tablespoon
Chopped Ripe Tomato2 unit(s)
Chopped red onion1 tablespoon
Green smell to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Saffron to taste

In a skillet, I added the olive oil and fried the grated pepperoni, added the onion, tomato and all the seasonings.
I cooked the pasta for 7 minutes, drained part of the water, added the pasta together with the cooking water to the sauce, mixed well, when the liquid dried up I turned off the heat and finished with green smell.
It's fast and it's delicious 😋
