  • spaghetti noodles500 kg
  • Diced chuck1 kg
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Large carrot1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Green Smell1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Red wine100 ml
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Beef broth1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the oil, beef broth, garlic, onion, chopped carrots, oregano and the meat.
  2. Put the tomato sauce, water until it covers the meat and 100 ml of red wine of your choice.
  3. Leave on pressure for 30 min. The meat should be shredding when you release the pressure.
  4. Remove the meat from the sauce and shred it with a fork.
  5. After shredded, return the meat to the sauce and add green smell.
  6. In a serving dish, place spaghetti noodles cooked only in water.
  7. Place the meat on top and it's ready to serve.
