Spaghetti400 g
Thin smoked sausage400 g
Eggs6 unit(s)
Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
Salt2 tablespoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Pasta cooking water1 cup

Cook the pasta in plenty of water, with 2 tablespoons of salt, for the time indicated on the package.
While the pasta cooks, cut the sausage into cubes, and sauté in a large skillet until they are almost toasted, turn off the heat and set aside. Mix the eggs until they are evenly mixed.
Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of the cooking water. Put the dough in the skillet where the sausages are, add the mixed eggs and mix. Add the cooking water and mix.
Finally, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix. Serve while still hot.
