- Spaghetti Noodles130 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1.5 tablespoon
- liquid milk1/2 cup
- Sour Cream100 g
- Shredded Ham100 g
- Olive Oil1 dessert spoon
- Oregano to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese1 tablespoon
- In a pan, dilute the butter.
- Add the wheat flour, stirring to form a cream.
- Add the milk and continue stirring to dilute all the cream.
- Season with salt, nutmeg and parsley.
- Turn off the fire. Add the cream and cilantro. Reserve.
- In a skillet, sauté the grated ham in olive oil.
- Transfer the ham to the sauce and mix.
- Add the cheese and mix so that it melts and incorporates into the sauce.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 7 minutes.
- Drain the macaroni. Portion on plates and cover with sauce.
