- In a pan with boiling water add the pasta and bring to the fire to cook for 10 minutes, then remove and strain all the water leaving the pasta dry.
- Take another pan over low heat, add the oil, knor and food coloring, keep stirring and kneading until the knor melts.
- Then add two tablespoons of water and mix until the knor melts, after melted put the noodles stir for 5 minutes and turn off
- When serving, add the chives to taste.
