- Salt2 teaspoon
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Olive oil180 ml
- Mix the flour with the salt, make a hole in the middle and add the egg, olive oil and finely chopped basil. Add everything until it's homogeneous.
- With the help of a laminator or manual rolling pin open the dough, cut the spaghetti and cook in sequence.
