- spaghetti noodles100 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese30 g
- Pancetta or Bacon20 g
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Start by cooking the pasta, it doesn't have to be exactly spaghetti you can change it to your preference.
- While the pasta is cooking, place the diced pancetta or bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- In a bowl, place the yolk, cheese and black pepper. Mix until it forms a paste. If it doesn't form, add more cheese or if you prefer one more yolk
- Remove the pancetta or bacon from the heat and place them on a paper towel.
- Remove excess fat from skillet. With the fire off, place the al dente pasta and place half a ladle of the water that the pasta was cooked in.
- Add the yolk mixture and stir until the sauce forms. The sauce needs to envelop the pasta.
- Put 3/4 of the Pancetta or Bacon, leave a little to finish.
- Assemble the dish and finish with the Pancetta or Bacon and plenty of black pepper.
