- Spaghetti Pasta500 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream300 ml
- Chopped Bacon150 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Egg yolk3 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fry the bacon, drain and set aside
- 1- In a frying pan, put the butter and the onion 2- Add the cream and nutmeg 3- Add the yolks (one at a time) with the fire off (beat quickly) 4- Light the fire and let the sauce reach the point (until creamy)
- Place the already cooked spaghetti with the sauce in a larger pan.
- 1- Mix well and add the bacon 2- Take it to the oven for 5 minutes 3- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and kingdom pepper over it 4- Serve :)
