- Spaghetti250 g
- Tomato sauce250 ml
- Guanciale80 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- White wine2 tablespoon
- grated pecorino1 to taste

- Bring the water to a boil and as soon as it boils, throw in the pasta.
- Cut the guanciale and place in a frying pan with a little oil. Let it take a few minutes to color
- Play the white wine.
- Remove the guanciale from the skillet and set aside.
- Pour the tomato sauce into the greasy skillet. Cook over low heat.
- Drain the macaroni. Add the guanciale back to the skillet.
- Adjust the salt and pepper of the kingdom.
