- White wine1/2 cup

- Parmesan cheese100 g
- In a cast iron skillet place the bacon and brown, then add the white wine.
- In a bowl, place the eggs and Parmesan cheese, mix until smooth, but slowly so it doesn't have an omelet texture.
- Cook the pasta al dente
- Then take portions of the macaroni and add to the egg and cheese mixture until it thickens.
