- Recipe
- Make a sponge (Dry Biological Yeast)1 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Warm water4 tablespoon
- Rest of the dough: (sugar)6 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Pork lard (you can use whatever fat you want)1 tablespoon
- Warm water (240ml cup)1 cup
- Flour use 240 ml cup3.....4 cup
- Sponge made with dry yeast1 unit(s)
- Mix the sponge ingredients and let it double in volume
- After the sponge is ready, add the dough ingredients, knead until the dough is smooth, let it ferment until it doubles in volume, divide the dough into two equal parts, shape and let it rise again, before going in the oven, brush with milk, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
