- Organic yeast for bread3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour to make the point2 cup
- Mix all the ingredients, finally the flour, which must be placed until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mass, which comes away from the hands.
- Pour the dough onto a smooth surface so that it is kneaded (knead a lot).
- Put it back in the bowl and let it rest until it doubles in volume, about 30 minutes.
- Now debt the dough in four equal parts
- Roll into a loaf shape and place in oiled loaf pans.
- Let it rise again until it doubles in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
