warm milk

10g packet of yeast for breads

Sugar

Eggs

Wheat flour

Soft and delicious stuffed bread

Numa vasilha grande misture o leite morno, o fermento e o açúcar. Mexa bem.  

In a large bowl, whisk together the warm milk, yeast and sugar. Shake well.

Em seguida acrescente o ovo, o óleo e mexa mais um pouco. Adicione metade da farinha de trigo aos poucos até incorporar bem. Acrescente a manteiga e a pitada de sal. Acrescente o restante da farinha até ela começar a não grudar nas mãos.  Unte uma bancada com farinha de trigo e  abra a massa com a ajuda de um rolo. 

Then add the egg, oil and mix some more. Add half of the wheat flour little by little until well incorporated. Add the butter and a pinch of salt. Add the rest of the flour until it starts not to stick to your hands. Grease a workbench with wheat flour and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.

Recheio com queijo e presunto.  Acrescente orégano e depois vá enrolando a massa como se fosse um rocambole. Coloque a massa numa forma untada com manteiga e farinha.  Faça uns cortes na massa como se fosse cortar o pão e deixe a massa descansar por 45 minutos. Pincele a gema de ovo por cima e coloque orégano a gosto. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200° por 30 minutos. 

Stuffing with cheese and ham. Add oregano and then roll the dough like a rocambole. Place the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour. Make a few cuts in the dough as if you were going to cut the bread and let the dough rest for 45 minutes. Brush the egg yolk on top and add oregano to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
