  • Clean shrimp300 g
  • Arborio rice2 cup
  • Olive oil or butter4 tablespoon
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon and salt to taste
  • Vegetable broth1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  1. Season the prawns and soak in the lemon juice, salt and garlic to taste for 15 minutes.
  2. Saute arborio rice in oil, onion and garlic.
  3. Add water little by little until cooked. Stirring constantly to release starch. (You can use dry white wine if you prefer) I didn't have it. Also add the Knorr bouillon cube.
  4. Sauté the prawns already seasoned in olive oil until golden. Reserve.
  5. When the rice is ready, add the shrimp, the curd and the grated Parmesan.
  6. Serve ✔️ it looks delicious 🤤 You can use other meats, or even use normal rice, the important thing is not to feel like it 🥰
