- Salt1 to taste
- Cook the pasta for 7 minutes. Drain and reserve.
- Season the meat as I prefer, then add three tablespoons of oil to the pan and sauté the onion with the garlic.
- Then add the meat and leave it on the fire for a few minutes, then add the tomato sauce and salt to taste. Pour the pasta into a refractory throw the sauce with ground beef and stir.
