- Wheat Flour (1 ½ cups of tea)1 cup
- Milk (cup of tea)1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Blend all liquid ingredients and salt in a blender.
- When it is homogeneous, add the wheat flour little by little and beat more
- Take a ladle of the mixture and pour it into a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Spread by turning the skillet to make a thin pancake batter.
- When one side is golden, turn and brown the other too.
- Serve your simple pancake dough with the sauce and filling of your choice! And it's ready to enjoy!
