Recipe
- Separate the white from the yolk, place it on a plate, beat the white with a fork until it becomes snow.
- Mix the yolk and add the wheat flour.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and place the dough.
- On top of the pasta, place the sazón to taste, 1 pinch of salt, the onion, pepper, tomatoes, all in slices, then the mozzarella (optional).
- When it's fried on one side, fold it in half and fry a little more.
