Em um recipiente coloque o fermento, açúcar e a água morna e misture bem feito isso coloque o óleo e os ovos misture bem novamente.

Eu seguida coloque o sal e farinha de trigo aos poucos e misture bem quando não dê mais para mexer na tigela  coloque na mesa e começe a sovar

Agora coloque a manteiga  no meio da massa e começe a sovar novamente.
Acrecente mais um pouco de farinha e sove até ficar bem firme e molinha e não grude mais nós dedos.

Em seguida coloque a massa pra descansar por 1 hora em um recipiente tampado, passando o tempo de descanso coloque um pouco de farinha de trigo na mesa e divida a massa.

Abra a massa com o rolo e depois enrole tipo um enroladinho, coloque em uma forma untada com manteiga e farinha de trigo e deixe descansar por 40 minutos ou até que ele dobre de tamanho(cubra com um pano)

Em seguida leve para assar no forno há 180 graus( Não é necessário pré aquecer o forno) deixe assar por 40 minutos.
