Bata bem as gemas com a manteiga e o açúcar, até ficar um creminho branco

Whisk the egg yolks with the butter and sugar until pale and creamy.

Acrescente o leite e o trigo aos poucos, sem parar de bater

Gradually add the milk and wheat, beating constantly.

Por último acrescente as claras em neves e o fermento, mexa devagar

Finally add the snow whites and the yeast, stir slowly

Coloque numa forma untada e leva aí forno pré aquecido a 180° Aprox. 40m

Put it in a greased shape and take it to a preheated oven at 180° Approx. 40m

Se preferir pode fazer uma leve calda de chocolate e colocar por cima, ou pode comer ele simples mesmo
