- Wheat flour1 kg
- warm milk400 ml
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Fresh Organic Yeast30 g
- In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast (or 10 g of dry yeast) in the sugar and add the salt, the liquid ingredients, the eggs and mix very well.
- Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well.
- Let it rest for approximately 1 hour
- After the dough has risen, cut into portions, roll it up to your liking.
- Put the dough in a shape and let it rise until it doubles in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven, brush milk to make the house softer (optional) or you can brush egg yolk too (optional)
- Ready !
