  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • warm milk400 ml
  • Warm water1/2 cup
  • Oil100 ml
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Fresh Organic Yeast30 g
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast (or 10 g of dry yeast) in the sugar and add the salt, the liquid ingredients, the eggs and mix very well.
  2. Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well.
  3. Let it rest for approximately 1 hour
  4. After the dough has risen, cut into portions, roll it up to your liking.
  5. Put the dough in a shape and let it rise until it doubles in size.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven, brush milk to make the house softer (optional) or you can brush egg yolk too (optional)
  8. Ready !
