  • Dough: / wheat flour3 cup
  • Milk3 cup
  • Daisy2 tablespoon
  • Chicken Kynnor1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Stuffing / cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
  • Ripe and chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green smell3 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Bread and fry/ milk1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Oil for frying30 ml
  1. Bring a pan with the buttermilk and the stock cube to the fire.
  2. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the salt and wheat flour all at once, stir immediately with a wooden spoon, mixing and kneading well until the coxinha dough starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Transfer the dough from the coxinha to a clean place, sprinkled with flour and set aside until lukewarm. Then knead and knead the simple coxinha dough with your hands until it is smooth and homogeneous. The dough is ready! Let's prepare the chicken and cheese filling.
  4. Heat the oil, chopped onion and tomatoes in a pan on low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until these ingredients are tender.
  5. Then add the cooked and shredded chicken and the green smell. Mix and cook for another 2 minutes for the chicken to get the taste of these spices. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little before mixing the cream cheese in this simple coxinha filling.
  6. Take a piece of the coxinha dough and open it in a disc shape in your hand. Put a portion of the chicken stuffing and close the dough modeling in the shape of the traditional drumstick. Repeat with the rest of the dough and filling.
  7. Involve the drumsticks in the milk and then pass the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and when it is hot, add 3 to 4 drumsticks and fry until golden on all sides.
  8. Remove the drumsticks to a plate with paper towels and set aside, continue frying the remaining drumsticks.
  9. After all the drumsticks are fried, let them cool and enjoy.
