- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1/1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, milk, butter and sugar in a blender.
- Place the sifted wheat flour in a bowl and add the liquid from the blender, mix well and finally put the baking powder.
- Place in a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until golden at 180°.
- Remove from oven, let cool and unmold. I put condensed milk on top and sprinkled grated coconut. It's very cute and delicious.
