- Risoni500 g
- Peeled Shrimp400 g
- Shrimp broth1 l
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese in a glass2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- White wine4 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- In a deep pan with olive oil, seal the prawns (already seasoned with salt, black pepper and lemon pepper) until they are pink on both sides and reserve.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic. Add the Risoni, the extract, the white wine and sauté the pasta
- Gradually add the boiling broth, observing the cooking time of the pasta.
- When it is almost cooked, add the prawns, parsley, cream cheese, lemon zest and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the grated cheese and a spoon of cold butter to add creaminess.
