- Margarine at room temperature4 tablespoon
- Clean shrimp500 g

- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon

- Mix the shrimp, lemon and salt in a bowl, set aside.
- Mix the wheat flour, salt and margarine until it forms a crumb.
- Then add the water and mix well until it forms a smooth mass that does not stick to your hand.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin. Forre the bottom and sides in a shape, take it to the oven preheated to 180°C, for 15 minutes, book.
- In a pan, put the onion and garlic to sauté, put the hearts of palm and stir for a few minutes.
- Add the shrimp.
- When it turns pink, add the parsley or parsley.
- Let the water dry a little and add the ingredients, except the curd.
- When it is drying in the pan, turn off the fire and put the curd, stirring well.
- Let cool, set aside.
- Place the cream, eggs and mozzarella in a blender, blend for a few minutes.
- Pour the filling into the pan, spreading it out evenly, then add the topping on top.
- Bake at 180°C until golden and the filling is firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
