  • Salt |  to taste
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Cold water | 6 tablespoon
  • Margarine at room temperature | 4 tablespoon
  • Clean shrimp | 500 g
  • lime | 1 unit(s)
  • Palm | 1 cup
  • Minced onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese | 3 tablespoon
  • corn and canned peas | 1 can(s)
  • Olive |  to taste
  • Sour cream | 200 ml
  • Green Smell |  to taste
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Season |  to taste
  • Mozzarella | 200 g


  1. Mix the shrimp, lemon and salt in a bowl, set aside.
  2. Mix the wheat flour, salt and margarine until it forms a crumb.
  3. Then add the water and mix well until it forms a smooth mass that does not stick to your hand.
  4. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Open the dough with a rolling pin. Forre the bottom and sides in a shape, take it to the oven preheated to 180°C, for 15 minutes, book.
  6. In a pan, put the onion and garlic to sauté, put the hearts of palm and stir for a few minutes.
  7. Add the shrimp.
  8. When it turns pink, add the parsley or parsley.
  9. Let the water dry a little and add the ingredients, except the curd.
  10. When it is drying in the pan, turn off the fire and put the curd, stirring well.
  11. Let cool, set aside.
  12. Place the cream, eggs and mozzarella in a blender, blend for a few minutes.
  13. Pour the filling into the pan, spreading it out evenly, then add the topping on top.
  14. Bake at 180°C until golden and the filling is firm.
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool.
