DOUGH: 1 Flocão and Salt to taste. OTHERS: Mortandela, Pimemta de Cheiro, Onion, Garlic and Seasonings, Everything to Taste.
5 to taste
In a pan, pour the flakes, put salt to taste, soak the dough and let it rest,
put the dough in the couscous pan for about 15 minutes.
In a large pan, sauté the grated mortadella,
over low heat with the onion, garlic and chili pepper,
additional seasonings to your taste.
Take the cuz cuz already ready pour it into the pan with the mixture
put hot water on top of the preparation and stir until well mixed.
