- Noodles300 g
- Ground beef600 g
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Ham to taste
- Tomato/Chili/Onion/Green Scent to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the macaroni and set aside.
- Sauté the minced meat as you usually do and add the seasonings so that it is very tasty.
- I also like to put natural seasonings like: oregano, black pepper, cumin... finally add water and tomato sauce, to get very juicy.
- Take a platter or tray, put half of the screw noodles, a little of the sauce, ham and mozzarella, as you wish. Repeat the process.
- Put it in the oven. When the cheese melts, the lasagna is ready to eat.
