- Wheat flour4 cup
- sausage500 g

- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and water, until it is very homogeneous, add the sugar, salt, oil and wheat flour.
- Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and let it rest for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size, covered by a cloth.
- With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and cut into slices.
- Pick up the sausages and roll them in the dough.
- Grease a mold with margarine and brush the rolls with egg yolk.
- Bake until golden.
