  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • sausage500 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and water, until it is very homogeneous, add the sugar, salt, oil and wheat flour.
  2. Knead the dough until it is very homogeneous.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions and let it rest for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size, covered by a cloth.
  4. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and cut into slices.
  5. Pick up the sausages and roll them in the dough.
  6. Grease a mold with margarine and brush the rolls with egg yolk.
  7. Bake until golden.
