  • Recipe
  • Wheat flour (500g)4 cup
  • 1/4 (300ml) of warm water1 cup
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Organic yeast tablet1 unit(s)
  • Hot dog sausage cut into 3 parts15 unit(s)
  • Gems (beats for brushing)2 unit(s)
  • 100g grated parmesan1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar until they break down.
  2. Add the water, oil, salt and mix well.
  3. Add the wheat flour little by little. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes
  4. Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into 45 equal pieces.
  5. Make balls with each piece and set aside.
  6. Open each ball with the help of a rolling pin, place the sausage and roll up, leaving the ends without dough.
  7. Place in a greased shape with oil and let rise until they double in volume.
  8. Brush with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve as an afternoon snack.
