Wheat flour (500g)
1/4 (300ml) of warm water
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 dessert spoon
Organic yeast tablet
Hot dog sausage cut into 3 parts
Gems (beats for brushing)
100g grated parmesan
In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar until they break down.
Add the water, oil, salt and mix well.
Add the wheat flour little by little. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes
Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into 45 equal pieces.
Make balls with each piece and set aside.
Open each ball with the help of a rolling pin, place the sausage and roll up, leaving the ends without dough.
Place in a greased shape with oil and let rise until they double in volume.
Brush with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve as an afternoon snack.
