- Bread Yeast1 teaspoon
- warm milk2 cup
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 to taste
- Egg yolk for brushing1 to taste
- Mozzarella250 g
- Ham250 g
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Oregano2 teaspoon
- grated small onion1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- In a bowl, place the yeast, milk, oil and mix well.
- Then add the flour little by little and knead well until you get the point where the dough doesn't stick to your hand. Not too hard or too soft. Form a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Then take small amounts of dough and open it on a table with a smooth surface, preferably marble.
- Open with a rolling pin, put a small amount of stuffing and close modeling as if it were a pastel.
- Place in a greased shape and brush each one with the egg yolk.
- Then put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until it is browned on top.
