  • warm milk1 cup
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2/1 cup
  1. Place the milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Wait about 10 minutes until foam forms on top.
  2. Then add the margarine, salt and egg. Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring constantly. Knead the dough well.
  3. Put it to rest with a cloth on top until it doubles in volume.
  4. Flour the countertop, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin or a bottle. Cut the strips and roll in the sausage.
  5. Brush with an egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
