Potatoes

Half cured cheese or mozzarella

Cottage cheese

Cozinhe as batatas amasse, tempere com sal e orégano reserve, depois frite a linguiça picadas em rodelas. 

Cook the potatoes, mash, season with salt and oregano, set aside, then fry the chopped sausage in slices.

Coloque em um refratário metade das batatas assadas, coloquei a de linguiça e o requeijão no meio, para finalizar cubra com o resto de batata. Coloquei o queijo de sua preferência e leve para gratinar por aproximadamente 25 minutos. 

Place half of the roasted potatoes in a refractory, I put the sausage and the curd in the middle, to finish cover with the rest of the potato. Add the cheese of your choice and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
