Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 300 g
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Sardine | 2 l
  • Margarine | 200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese |  to taste
  • Milk | 500 ml
  • Chopped Onion |  to taste
  • Pepper and |  to taste
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Tomato |  to taste
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Olives |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Put the oil, eggs and milk and margarine to beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the flour and beat again.and set aside.
  3. Place the sardines, onion, tomato and pepper in a pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Take a greased shape put half the dough put the sardine stuffing and then put the rest of the dough, sprinkle oregano on top and put the olives.
  5. Bake at medium temperature for 25 minutes.
