  • liquid milk500 ml

  • Wheat flour12 tablespoon
  • Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
  • Sazon sachet1 unit(s)

  1. Pasta In a blender, beat the milk, egg, margarine, oil, salt and some of the grated cheese until the egg smells.
  2. Gradually add the flour, beat well and set aside.
  3. Sauce Cut the tomato, onion, pepper and cilantro into small pieces and place in a pan with 1 tablespoon of margarine and a tablespoon of sweet oil and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the extract and tomato sauce, let it cook and set aside.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with butter and wheat flour. Place the pasta, then stuff it with the sardines mixed with the tuna and then cover with the sauce you prepared, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden.
