- Oat flour100 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour a small amount into the skillet, enough to make 1 pancake and brown on both sides.
- Put it on a plate and stuff it with the stuffing of your choice (I used ground beef) roll it up and put it in the refractory. Place the second pancake and so on until you have all the pancakes.
- Put the sauce and then the cheese and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.
