COMO FAZER A MASSA

📌 Em uma tigela acrescente os ovos e o sal e misture até ficar uma mistura bem homogênea;
📌 Acrescente o óleo e misture novamente;
📌 Acrescente o amido, o fermento e misture bem até incorporar na mistura, após isso acrescente  a farinha de trigo aos poucos até ficar uma mistura bem homogênea;
📌 Acrescente o leite e misture bem (sim, depois do trigo: dá certo haha).

OBS: para a massa ficar com uma cor legal eu coloco 01 colher de sopa de colorau na hora de misturar os ovos e óleo.

Não gosto de massa muito seca, então pra ficar mais cremosa acrescento junto do leite algumas colheres de creme de leite.

Asse em temperatura de 180° por aproximadamente 30 minutos

📌 Misturar os recheios junto com a massa

HOW TO MAKE THE DOUGH

📌 In a bowl add the eggs and salt and mix until a very homogeneous mixture;
📌 Add the oil and mix again;
📌 Add the starch, baking soda and mix well until you incorporate into the mix, after that add the wheat flour gradually until a very homogeneous mixture is formed;
📌 Add the milk and mix well (yes, after wheat: it works haha).
Ready!

OBS: for the dough to have a nice color I put 01 tablespoon of paprika when mixing the eggs and oil.

I don't like very dry dough, so to make it more creamy I add a few spoons of cream to the milk.

Bake at 180° for approximately 30 minutes

📌 You can put a first layer of dough, second of stuffing and third of dough or
📌 Mix the fillings together with the dough
