  • Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion1/5 tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato1/5 tablespoon
  • Pitted Green Olives2 tablespoon
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Coriander2 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • grated cheese2 tablespoon
  • Wheat1/5 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. Mass: put in blender Eggs, oil, grated cheese, wheat, salt and yeast. Beat until smooth. Reserve.
  2. Filling: place on baking sheet Garlic, onion, sardines, tomato, olive, corn, coriander saute well. Book serves.
