  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Catupiry1 cup
  • warm milk1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  1. Add the egg, margarine, sugar, salt and warm milk in a bowl, wick and then add the yeast. Then add wheat flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hands, then let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
  2. After resting the dough, separate it into 3 parts, open each of them with a rolling pin and fill with catupiry, roll up into a strip, braid the 3 parts and roll into a doughnut, add more catupiry and sprinkle oregano on top. Let it rest for another 30 minutes and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
