- Recipe
- Wheat flour400 g
- Warm water400 ml
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous but soft dough.
- Let rest for 30 minutes. After that time wet your hands and pull 10 times from the tip of the dough to the center of the dough, as if you were folding. Rest 10 more minutes
- Repeat this folding and resting process 4 times.
- Place in a floured round shape and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 250° for 30 minutes. After that time remove the foil and return to the oven until golden.
