- Open the pastry dough, pass the cheese, place the slices of ham and mozzarella, roll in the shape of a straw;
- Prepare the sauce with tomato paste and sour cream, and add it to an oven-safe container along with the pastel slices;
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C, until the mozzarella melts.
