Pastry dough1 unit(s)
Mozzarella300 g
Ham300 g
Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
Onion to taste
Garlic to taste
Oregano to taste

Sauté onion, garlic, add the tomato sauce and oregano to taste, add the seasonings of your choice, finally add the cream. Reserve.
Open the dough, put a layer of mozzarella, a layer of ham, roll it up and cut to the thickness of 1 finger.
In a glass dish put some of the sauce and distribute the rondelli, throw the remaining tomato sauce on top.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
